POSITION SUMMARY

Engage with group coordinators and hosts prior to events, facilitate introductions, and confirm that all arrangements meet expectations. Analyze event orders to gather guest details, determine appropriate setups, timelines, and specific guest requirements, including buffets and action stations. Address and fulfill any unique event requests, ensuring compliance with special arrangements.

Adhere to all organizational and safety protocols; report incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete necessary safety training and certifications. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, and express gratitude with genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally, and answer phones with proper etiquette. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and support team objectives. Ensure adherence to quality standards and expectations. Review and verify information in various formats. Conduct visual inspections of tools and equipment to identify any defects. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Navigate through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and over uneven or slippery surfaces, including stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification: None
