Job Summary

Racine Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of various events, including banquets, weddings, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate the planning and execution of events from conception to execution, including setup and post-event follow-through.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the logistics of events, including staffing, catering, and decorations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience for clients and guests.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality and event operations.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
