Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at WiredScore. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our market expansion and establishing relationships with key clients in the commercial real estate sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and executing sales strategies that will position WiredScore Certifications to the Commercial Real Estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads within the commercial real estate industry
- Conduct consultative sales to understand the unique needs and pain points of commercial real estate professionals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the commercial real estate market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in commercial real estate organizations
- Provide regular sales reports to the management team
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on the commercial real estate industry or a successful track record owning and expanding a geographic market in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Technically adept and comfortable with utilizing sales tools and software for pipeline management and reporting
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
