Job Overview

Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Retirement Solutions team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solutions to prospects and existing customers across the retirement industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our solutions to prospects and existing customers
  • Guide prospective customers in the development of their vision for the growth of their retirement business and on how our solutions can contribute to their success
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales and reference-ability
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Build pipeline opportunities across our solution sets
  • Hunt for new logos
  • Build sales within your assigned relationships
  • Use your deep retirement knowledge to combine solutions to meet prospects and clients' needs
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience, preferably in the Retirement Technology space
  • Deep understanding of Retirement Recordkeeping Technology preferred, but not required
  • Thorough knowledge of the enterprise retirement ecosystem
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Proven experience in managing a territory
  • Consultative sales skills
  • BS/BA degree is required
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
