Role Summary

Bristal Assisted Living requires a skilled Front Desk Liaison to provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting visitors warmly, responding to inquiries, and taking accurate phone messages.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, including sign-in/sign-out logs and any relevant correspondence.
  • Support the community by providing general administrative assistance, such as data entry and report preparation.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are required.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
