We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Shri Asapuri LLC DBA Quality Inn LLC. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who can provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Confirm phone and online reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collect payment from departing guests, managing cash handling and credit transactions with precision.
- Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments, facilitating seamless operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk service, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
