Role Overview:
The Client Service Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining client trust and satisfaction within the Global Business Solutions team. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and effective problem-solving to assist clients and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly via phone and email.
2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and address concerns while adhering to service level agreements.
3. Identify and escalate trends affecting clients through appropriate leadership channels.
4. Document and revise standard operating procedures related to customer service.
5. Analyze client feedback to enhance documentation and improve customer experience.
6. Ensure team members have access to the latest process documentation.
7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Fiserv products and operational processes.
8. Assist in training customer service representatives on documentation practices.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a client support capacity.
- Proficient in communication via phone and email in a customer service context.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in advanced-tier client support.
- Background in the financial services sector.

Additional Information:
This role is fully on-site. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
