Role Overview:
The Client Service Analyst plays a crucial role in fostering client trust within the Global Business Solutions division. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly via phone and email.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and address concerns while adhering to service level agreements.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues that impact clients across multiple products.
- Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to customer service.
- Analyze client feedback to enhance documentation and improve customer experience.
- Ensure all team members have access to updated process documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Fiserv's products, platforms, and operational processes.
- Assist in training customer service representatives on documentation practices.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support capacity.
- Proficiency in communication via phone and email in a customer service environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- An associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following would be advantageous:
- A bachelor's degree.
- Experience in advanced-tier client support.
- Background in the financial services sector.
Work Environment:
This position is fully on-site, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
