Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our fire and water restoration services, ensuring adherence to SERVPRO's operational standards.
Monitor and manage various departments including Marketing, Production, and Administration to achieve financial targets and operational objectives.
Conduct regular safety briefings and team meetings to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
Ensure that production staff adheres to SERVPRO protocols while addressing customer needs and maintaining compliance with corporate standards.
Facilitate training and development initiatives, conduct staff evaluations, and manage recruitment and termination processes as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and centers of influence.
Lead Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings to assess job progress and optimize production efficiency.
Manage all Large Loss projects, ensuring timely and professional responses to job sites.
Oversee job estimates to enhance profit margins and ensure compliance with job standards.
Coordinate repairs through subcontractors and manage the estimation and sales of repairs post-mitigation.
Maintain the operational integrity of the facility and ensure all equipment is properly serviced.
Ensure that all team members adhere to safety and risk management protocols both on-site and in the office.
Review all job documentation to guarantee readiness and compliance for efficient job execution.

Qualifications:
Possession of IICRC certifications—WRT and ASD; Master designation is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the Fire and Water Restoration sector.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
Proficient in estimating, job costing, and quality assurance.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Xactimate estimating software.
Experience in client relations and property owner interactions.
Willingness to travel locally and out of state as required.
