A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor:
In this role, you will support the Manager in the comprehensive management of the center, ensuring adherence to all operational standards established by the organization in the domains of sales and service.
Your mission will be to deliver the Ultimate Client Experience (UCE) by guaranteeing exceptional levels of customer service.
Additionally, you will foster the Ultimate Employee Experience (UEE) by cultivating a positive workplace culture for all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and inspire a team to surpass objectives.
- Manage monthly financial plans and sales initiatives, overseeing the profit and loss statements.
What You Will Need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and management (experience in selling intangible products is advantageous).
