Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing team members, which includes participating in the hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation processes to ensure that operational standards are consistently met.
Your responsibilities will also include overseeing valet operations to guarantee a seamless service experience. This involves on-the-job training and certification for all valet staff.
Additionally, you will assist in the organization and management of special events, collaborating with other managers and directors as necessary.
Addressing and resolving guest or visitor complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies will be a key part of your role.
Maintaining open lines of communication with property management, site managers, customers, and guests is essential.
You will keep the Site Manager informed of any management issues promptly and work to resolve concerns efficiently in their absence.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Supervisory experience is required.
Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills are a must.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to time constraints is necessary.
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
