Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual who excels in relationship building and career guidance. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting prospective students through the entire enrollment journey, from campus tours to orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging Career Planning Sessions on a weekly basis, which include campus tours and comprehensive discussions about program details, fees, class schedules, and admission criteria.
  • Assess and determine the eligibility of prospective students.
  • Collaborate closely with the campus start team, including the Financial Aid Officer, under the guidance of the campus Director.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and text messaging.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to encourage campus tours for prospects in the enrollment pipeline.
  • Develop and execute nurturing plans for all prospects and enrolled students, utilizing various communication methods such as texts, blogs, emails, and phone calls to keep them engaged.
  • Organize and oversee the signing of enrollment agreements.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in the Recruitment Database.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with a shift adjustment one day per week.
  • Preferred background in sales.
  • High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Self-motivated and competitive spirit.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of establishing rapport with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Professional appearance is required.
