Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors appropriately.
  • Handle communications from healthcare providers, pharmacies, and families, taking necessary actions.
  • Manage resident documentation, including charts and appointment schedules.
  • Track due dates for resident evaluations and notify the Resident Services Director as needed.
  • Coordinate transportation for residents to medical appointments.
  • Maintain the in-service binder and schedule training sessions in collaboration with the Resident Services Director.
  • Support frontline staff as required.
  • Help update assignment sheets for Resident Services Assistants.
  • Assist in training new or less experienced staff in assisted living.
  • Organize staff schedules.
  • Provide backup support by stepping into Resident Services Assistant or Resident Medication Assistant roles as necessary.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure optimal service delivery to residents as their needs evolve.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
