Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors appropriately.
- Handle communications from healthcare providers, pharmacies, and families, taking necessary actions.
- Manage resident documentation, including charts and appointment schedules.
- Track due dates for resident evaluations and notify the Resident Services Director as needed.
- Coordinate transportation for residents to medical appointments.
- Maintain the in-service binder and schedule training sessions in collaboration with the Resident Services Director.
- Support frontline staff as required.
- Help update assignment sheets for Resident Services Assistants.
- Assist in training new or less experienced staff in assisted living.
- Organize staff schedules.
- Provide backup support by stepping into Resident Services Assistant or Resident Medication Assistant roles as necessary.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure optimal service delivery to residents as their needs evolve.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
