Are you a motivated individual who thrives on building connections and guiding career paths? At Douglas J, we are seeking an Enrollment Coordinator who will assist prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, including campus tours and orientation.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate engaging Career Planning Sessions on a weekly basis, which encompass campus tours and comprehensive discussions about program details, costs, class schedules, and admission criteria.
- Assess and determine eligibility for prospective students.
- Collaborate closely with the campus start team, including the Financial Aid Officer, under the direction of the campus Director.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone, email, and text messaging.
- Follow up consistently with prospects in the enrollment pipeline to encourage campus visits.
- Develop and implement nurturing strategies for all prospects and enrolled students through various communication channels.
- Organize and conduct enrollment agreement signings.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in the Recruitment Database.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule.
- Preferred background in sales.
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and competitive nature.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- Friendly and engaging personality, capable of building rapport with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Professional appearance is essential.
