Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors as needed.
- Handle communications from healthcare providers, pharmacies, and families, taking appropriate actions.
- Manage resident documentation, including charts and appointment schedules.
- Track due dates for resident evaluations and notify the Resident Services Director accordingly.
- Arrange transportation for residents to external medical appointments.
- Maintain and update the in-service binder and schedule in-services, assisting the Resident Services Director.
- Provide support to frontline staff as required.
- Help update assignment sheets for Resident Services Assistants.
- Assist in training and mentoring new or less experienced assisted living staff.
- Coordinate staff scheduling.
- Serve as backup in the role of Resident Services Assistant or Resident Medication Assistant when necessary.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure optimal service delivery to residents as needs evolve.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
