Position Details: As a sales representative, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a well-established client base while pursuing new business opportunities in a designated territory.

Compensation Structure:

  • First-year average earnings range from $50,000 to $65,000.
  • Second-year sales representatives typically earn between $65,000 and $90,000.
  • Base salary is determined by experience and is fixed, not subject to draw.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with local businesses to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Assess client needs through effective information gathering.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and leases.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Some college education and prior sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • High energy levels and a strong work ethic.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize daily tasks.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Goal-driven attitude with a desire to excel.
  • Strong interest in technology and its application in business success.
