Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep abreast of industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging product innovations to offer valuable insights that support sales initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery and outstanding customer service.
  • Act as a representative of the brand, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural retail sales, showcasing a successful track record.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capability to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Preferred: Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of seed, fertilizer, and chemical products, including their agricultural applications.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually plus commission.
