We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at Rogers Agency.

About the Role:

  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to promote and sell our products.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients, colleagues, and management on a regular basis.
  • You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
