We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Manager of Human Resources to oversee our comprehensive HR and payroll functions. Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management:
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits management, and employee record maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the annual benefits renewal cycle and facilitate Open Enrollment sessions.
  • Uphold compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
Employee Engagement:
  • Act as a resource for employee inquiries and issues.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale and retention.
Training and Development:
  • Organize training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
  • Assess training needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Evaluate the success of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Performance Oversight:
  • Facilitate the annual performance review process.
  • Guide managers in providing constructive feedback and setting performance goals.
  • Identify opportunities for employee growth and career advancement.
Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Supervise recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview processes.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to determine staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems, preferably Paylocity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
