1. Collaborate with production teams and technical documentation to develop a comprehensive understanding of processes, ensuring accurate collection, assessment, and rectification of product data within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
2. Draft and revise technical documentation and product labels to ensure compliance with manufacturing and regulatory standards.
3. Establish and maintain a systematic approach for categorizing similar processes to efficiently manage extensive data updates.
4. Conduct thorough process mapping to analyze and document the current expiration dating procedures for key products, identifying any gaps in the workflow.
5. Assist in the transformation of manufacturing guidelines from batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions into Electronic Batch Record (EBR) formats.
6. Gather updated or missing product information from historical records, spreadsheets, and interviews with manufacturing experts.
7. Develop new product parts and build SKU data collaboratively with manufacturing teams.
8. Create and adhere to project timelines while communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
9. Identify and report obstacles to supervisors and project leaders to facilitate prompt resolutions.
10. Engage in Root Cause Analysis and formulate innovative strategies to prevent issue recurrence.
11. Contribute to operational enhancements aimed at minimizing production interruptions as required.
12. Actively participate in all necessary training to fulfill job responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or data management.
- Strong knowledge of Part/SKU data attributes from a manufacturing and supply chain perspective.
- Proficient in extracting critical data from technical documents and scientific protocols.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Keen attention to detail and adeptness in handling large datasets.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with software applications such as Word, Outlook, Explorer, and Power BI.
- Preferred experience in coding with VBA, Power BI, and SQL.
