Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of E-Commerce Operations to enhance our E-Commerce team and drive cross-departmental initiatives. This role will serve as the functional leader overseeing various projects and initiatives within the E-Commerce sector. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to achieve overarching E-Commerce objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance daily operations within the E-Commerce division.
  • Create and maintain templates that facilitate cross-functional collaboration, bringing the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar to fruition within E-Commerce.
  • Collaborate with the VP of E-Commerce to communicate channel objectives, ensuring visibility and alignment of E-Commerce projects with these goals.
  • Develop and sustain the E-Commerce team roadmap, incorporating feedback from Site Experience, Site Merchandising, Acquisition Marketing, Retention Marketing, Analytics, and Media teams, focusing on new capabilities that influence other teams.
  • Manage significant milestones on the team’s calendar, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, product launches, and seasonal initiatives that integrate into standard business practices.
  • Represent E-Commerce in cross-functional GTM meetings with other department operations leaders, ensuring that needs and expectations are incorporated into overall GTM milestones.
  • Support product launches by managing milestones and deliverables both within the team and across functions.
  • Monitor market trends that affect E-Commerce performance.
  • Compile and present reports on major E-Commerce initiatives that span the team.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, processes, and partner requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in a Project Management role, primarily within E-Commerce Operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is preferred.
  • Proficient in GA4 and site analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities to extract key insights from channel data.
  • Retail experience, particularly in the Apparel sector.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • A passion for learning, enhancing, and developing processes.
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana.

Salary Range: The compensation for this position is between $140,000 and $150,000 annually.
