Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our West Coast Field Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion, in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial project management
  • 6+ years' experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit) preferred
  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required
  • LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ preferred
