Account Executive Lead

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large book of business, directing the work of a service team, and acting as an agent of Producer assigned accounts. This includes servicing and/or solicitation activities, managing client required services, and maintaining client relationships with minimal input from Producers.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
  • Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ten (10) or more years' related work experience
  • Valid insurance license
  • Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
