Account Executive

As a key member of the Sacramento Republic FC team, the Account Executive - Ticket Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of ticket products, including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and premium hospitality packages. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and service a full menu of ticket products, including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and premium hospitality packages.
- Make proactive sales outreach to the Sacramento market through cold calls, emails, virtual & in-person meetings, and text messages.
- Follow up with clients and prospective clients to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Cordially and effectively handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales products.
- Proactively create opportunities for new business through up-selling opportunities and referrals from existing clients.
- Meet call Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which includes call numbers, meetings scheduled, and other outbound activity measurements.
- Represent Sacramento Republic FC at all home games and various events to support ticket sales efforts and promotional initiatives.
- Lead a grassroots effort at community events ranging from soccer tournaments to farmers' markets to grow the club brand and generate new sales leads.
- Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of match day fan experiences.
- A minimum education level of Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year).
- One or more years of sales experience, preferably in professional sports.
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal).

- Highly motivated and goal-oriented to build a long-term career in the sports business.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
