About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier Coordinator to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Key Carrier Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall operation of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure they meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent shrinkage, ensuring a safe and secure store environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management, sales associates, and customers, providing clear and concise information.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience, with 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
