This position involves collaboration with external partners and various agencies, functioning as an integral member of the Administrative Department.
The Senior Administrative Coordinator is tasked with providing comprehensive support to senior management, which encompasses intricate responsibilities and the management of sensitive information. This role includes overseeing executive-level meeting arrangements for both the Resource Center's senior management and state-level initiatives. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and advanced meeting management skills is essential.
Qualifications: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience of at least 5 years is required. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication, writing, problem-solving, coordination, meeting management, customer service, and computer proficiency. The ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently is crucial.
The Child Welfare Resource Center promotes a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work, office presence, and fieldwork as necessary. The anticipated distribution of work is approximately 75% remote, 20% in the office, and 5% in the field, with infrequent statewide travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will:
- Operate computers and office equipment efficiently

Physical Requirements:
