Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Ambassador Home Improvements Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Assess customer needs and provide solutions to resolve issues
    • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide timely resolutions
  • Operations Support
    • Coordinate with field service representatives to ensure efficient use of time and resources
    • Manage customer schedules and appointments
    • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and record-keeping
    • Assist with reporting and analytics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills
