Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in truck operations or a related field.
  • Fleet management training and onboarding experience.
  • Ability to understand, teach, and train drivers on technology and phone applications.
  • 50% travel required, with company-provided vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
