Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Assistance: Oversee start date confirmations, coordinate invitations, and prepare training resources to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new team members.
- Request Management: Handle the processing of checks and purchase orders for necessary items such as permits, mileage, and supplies.
- Procurement Coordination: Manage the acquisition of various materials including supplies, apparel, electronic devices, and refreshments.
- Account Oversight: Maintain essential operational accounts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Material Management: Organize the distribution and upkeep of resources, including the cleaning and stocking of company apparel and other materials.
- Vehicle Oversight: Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicle cleanliness and adherence to service schedules.
- Permitting Management: Oversee necessary permitting procedures, including state background checks.
- Device Oversight: Manage settings, logins, tracking, and replacement of canvassing devices such as tablets.
- No Solicitation Request Management: Process and manage homeowner requests for "Do Not Knock," ensuring timely updates in systems.
- Data Management: Handle data entry for events, canvassing initiatives, and market-related activities, including addressing misrouted communications.
- Mobile Device Management: Set up, manage, and terminate mobile devices and accounts, including tablets and smartphones.
- Local Travel Coordination: Organize travel arrangements within the market for training sessions and other business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
