About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Partner to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality, customer-focused service, overseeing all aspects of operational people management activity across designated areas of TWFRS.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a firm commitment to inclusivity, fairness, dignity, and the highest standards of ethical behavior. They will champion these values in their day-to-day work and contribute to a positive employee experience that promotes the Service as an "Employer of Choice".

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations caseload and contribute to a positive employee experience
  • Provide a high-quality, customer-focused service to employees and stakeholders
  • Support other colleagues within the Department to ensure good quality and consistent service provision
  • Champion inclusivity, fairness, dignity, and the highest standards of ethical behavior
