  • Inventory Operations: Perform and participate in the daily operations of inventory processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure daily tasks are accomplished, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Inventory Conduct: Conduct thorough and accurate inventory of common areas throughout our headquarters and designated areas, utilizing your expertise to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in conducting physical inventories and reconciliation processes, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access, with experience using barcode scanners and printers. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 pounds and spend considerable time periods during the day walking and bending.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to pass a security background investigation.
