Job Title: Maximo Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maximo Application Engineer to join our team at The Building People. As a Maximo Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on Enterprise Asset Management best practices, creating and improving existing Maximo workflows to manage work management, logistics, and property management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Maximo workflows to manage work management, logistics, and property management processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on Enterprise Asset Management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Support the deployment of IBM's Enterprise Asset Management application Maximo 7.X and above.
  • Perform tasks that encompass the complete lifecycle of activities required for application development and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting user Maximo programs, MAS 8 Upgrade experience on enterprise onsite integrated project teams.
  • Experience with federal government implementation.
  • Experience with large projects involving multiple contractors.
  • Technical knowledge with PowerApps for application development, Agile Methodology, and applicable knowledge of markup languages HTML5, CSS.
  • Current Federal Government clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer and workflow implementation.
  • Knowledge of API/RESTful services.
  • Experience using REACT, Angular, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online and/or Office 365, Microsoft Azure Government Cloud.
