About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Events Consultant to join our team at Urban Air Adventure Parks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Design and deliver customized event experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their guests
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve performance
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the business
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
