About the Role

The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Personal Ticket Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating ticket revenue through new business campaigns and renewal cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize ticket sales and revenue
  • Make 80+ outbound sales calls on a daily basis to engage with potential customers
  • Lead the development of an outbound sales culture that drives ticket sales and revenue growth
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive communication and relationship-building with our account base
  • Additional duties as assigned to support the sales team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sport Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Passion for sales and a commitment to being a leader in the sports industry
  • Team player with a strong focus on achieving goals
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Distinguished verbal communicator with a strong phone presence
  • Proficient in basic computer software programs
  • Flexibility in working extended hours when needed
