Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialized Sales Consultant to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team and sales staff to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient store operations.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the warehouse, to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Strong sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
