Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming communications, including calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Visitor Reception: Provide a welcoming environment for guests and employees, directing them appropriately within the organization.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations, while accurately documenting discussions and follow-up actions.
  • Project Support: Assist in various projects, conducting research and compiling data to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Confidentiality Assurance: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, including supply management and equipment maintenance.
  • Event Planning: Support the organization of company events and functions, which may require flexibility in scheduling.
  • Additional Tasks: Be adaptable to take on various responsibilities as needed to support the Executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple priorities.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
