Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Guest Services Agent to join our team at Premier Resorts Management Inc in Daytona Beach, Florida. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and ensuring seamless operations.

About the Role

  • Provide 100% guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Process room reservations, manage cash banks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel policies, procedures, and services, including amenities and outlets.
  • Sell rooms effectively to maximize occupancy and average daily rate.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, politeness, and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous hotel experience, preferably with Marriott, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Familiarity with OPERA PMS (computer program) is a plus.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package is also available, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
