Front Desk Agent Supervisor

The Front Desk Agent Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless hotel operations. As a key member of our front desk team, you will oversee daily front desk activities, manage staff, and handle guest inquiries and concerns.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight of front desk operations, including managing staff and ensuring timely completion of tasks;
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner;
- Providing guidance and support to junior staff members;
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services.
**Salary:** This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.
