We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Loews Hotels, LLC.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our Guest Services department. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will lead a team of front desk staff and bell attendants, providing guidance and support to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, minimizing wait times and maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including front desk statistics and guest feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and concierge, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, handling mail and packages, and maintaining the front desk area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to make sound decisions.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with hotel software systems, including property management and customer relationship management tools.
