Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Fairfield Inn Daytona Beach. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience, and handling all aspects of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized guest services, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and addressing guest concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive impression for guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Salary Range

A competitive salary of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth within our company.
