Student Affairs Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Affairs Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. This role will play a critical part in the academic support and programs within our College of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate student activities for the College of Nursing, including events and programs that align with the university's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Coordinate budgeting and student outreach efforts to ensure effective communication and engagement with students.
  • Develop an event calendar and implement programs that meet the needs of our students, including White coat ceremonies, commencement, and quarterly events.
  • Create program materials, establish staffing requirements, and ensure that programs achieve stated objectives.
  • Communicate programming and information directly to students, utilizing client relationship management (CRM) or another system to organize information and facilitate outreach communications.
  • Work with partners on special events that publicize the College of Nursing and its programs to the community.
  • Provide a leadership voice to the division, ensuring that programs are aligned with the university's strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of coordination experience in a professional setting
  • Microsoft Suite experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Leadership voice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University industry experience
  • Billing and procurement experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Technology skills, including Canva, Excel, Microsoft forms, Google spreadsheets, and One drive

Compensation:

$64,000 to $73,500 annually, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and education.
