Your Role:
The Manufacturing Project Leader will oversee the transition of new product development and introduction initiatives into our manufacturing processes. This role involves collaboration with the comprehensive supply chain team and various departments, including Sales and Operational Planning, materials management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure supply chain preparedness for each new project launch within Cytiva's hardware and single-use product lines.
- Coordinate the supply chain team to define roles, responsibilities, and project deliverables while maintaining the project timeline.
- Conduct evaluations and documentation for supply chain projects at key milestones and present findings to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage process development and validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Oversee global supply chain projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree with a preference for at least 5 years of experience in engineering and operations, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a High School diploma with 12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide teams.
- Experience in project management, including familiarity with lifecycle management processes.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality improvement techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage personal deliverables effectively.

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Capability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes and tools such as Microsoft Office, Miro, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in drafting technical reports and validation plans.
