Job Overview

Elevation3D is a premier provider of event services, focusing on event execution, immersive marketing experiences, and tailored exhibit solutions. The Project Manager (PM) collaborates closely with Account Managers and Account Executives, as well as teams in graphic design, production, detailing, warehouse, and fabrication, serving as the central point for workflow and communication across all project production elements. The PM is tasked with ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, punctually, and within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of all projects, ensuring costs are met or reduced while exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain and manage client inventory components for all accounts.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with external production vendors and internal teams (client services, fabrication, and warehouse) to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Lead and/or engage in all essential meetings to guarantee project success; conduct Quality Assurance Meetings to address outstanding items and collaborate with Account Managers to review project statuses.
  • Assist the production manager in ordering the appropriate quantities of materials required for each project, ensuring timely procurement of materials, flooring, etc.
  • Act as the primary contact for on-site supervisors regarding production-related inquiries or challenges; serve as on-site supervisor when necessary.
  • Chair all CAD meetings and drive the CAD/production launch process to ensure effective and timely project rollouts, while providing each department with the necessary information to execute their responsibilities according to the approved timeline.
  • Oversee the detailing and graphic production processes, ensuring that estimates, proofs, and approvals are provided on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse manager to complete inspection reports within 10 business days following event closure, and prepare a comprehensive report for the client.
  • Manage the quality control process through meticulous attention to project details, regular interactions with operational departments to monitor deliverables, and by implementing QC procedures for all outputs.
  • Facilitate essential communication and information crucial to project success; provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in trade shows is highly desirable, with a preference for candidates possessing 8 years of project management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the trade show industry and associated construction techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, personal organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player and problem solver with a positive demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
