The Role

A Digital Partnership Manager at Vidsy plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships. This involves working closely with our creative and commercial teams to develop and execute innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing key client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and areas for innovation.
  • Working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted pitches.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • 3-6 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a partnership or account management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the advertising, social, and content landscapes, including emerging trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% and share options. Additionally, you'll enjoy private healthcare, a 401k plan, flexible working arrangements, 25 days' vacation plus federal holidays, an annual volunteer day, and enhanced parental leave policies.
