Digital Partnership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Holding Company Agency Partner to join our team at Skai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth and build long-term partnerships with digital marketing agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, particularly in the SaaS and AdTech industries. They will be responsible for generating new revenue, owning existing strategic agency partnerships, and driving long-term growth across NA.
This role requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, as well as exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will be able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, retention, and growth across NA
- Build and maintain relationships with key Holding Companies, including WPP, Dentsu, IPG, Havas, and OMD
- Develop and execute business-value-driven sales cycles
- Represent Skai with client partners, third parties, and at industry events
- Participate in product strategy definition and contribute to market insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of online sales/sales management experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Holding Company sales experience in SaaS, AdTech, Digital Media
- Excellent communication, presentation, and objection handling skills
- Creative and strategic thinking skills
Benefits:
- $110,000-$150,000 annual salary range (dependent on experience)
