Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $150-$175K in total on-target earnings (OTE), plus eligibility for Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants. Job Description

The Solutions Consultant will partner with the sales organization to drive revenue for Impact.com. This role requires a team member to have both technical knowledge and business acumen, allowing them to uncover customers' current and future states, as well as their business goals, to effectively position Impact.com's technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and prospects during sales cycles to inspire use cases and build confidence in Impact.com's products and integrations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to document their current and future states, technical requirements, positive business outcomes, and metrics used to measure them.
  • Design solution plans and technical integration documentation to address customer requirements, which can be transitioned to onboarding and CS teams for continuity throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead technical sales activities, including developing technical assets for pipeline generation campaigns, creating and delivering presentations, platform demonstrations, scoping technical solutions, and facilitating working sessions with prospects using our product.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, file transfer systems.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to command engagement at an executive level.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience and make complex solutions simple.
  • Consistent and detailed approach to preparation and team collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years working in a customer-facing role at a digital marketing or technology company, with familiarity of the affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred.
  • Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives.
