Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk PM Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting guests warmly, checking them in and out, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

You will also be responsible for managing the front desk team, including training new staff members, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching as needed.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling cash and credit transactions, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
