Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott San Antonio Airport. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reservations and check-in/check-out procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Process guest check-in and check-out, including handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling mail, messages, and faxes.
  • Operate the hotel's computer system to manage guest reservations and check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of front desk or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
