Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor with Valencia Hotel Group, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the front office and guest services team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality hotel operations.
You will play an active role in training and development, creating a safe and efficient work environment, and contributing to the team's success.
- Manage and supervise front office and guest services team members
- Ensure guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service
- Participate in on-going training and development
- Comply with Valencia Hotel Group standards and regulations
- Assist in supervision and performance of front office operations and personnel
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

To be successful as a Front Desk Supervisor, you will need:
- Hotel operations or customer service experience
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High school or equivalent education
- Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
