Job Summary

As a Front Desk Supervisor with Valencia Hotel Group, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the front office and guest services team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality hotel operations.

You will play an active role in training and development, creating a safe and efficient work environment, and contributing to the team's success.

  • Manage and supervise front office and guest services team members
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participate in on-going training and development
  • Comply with Valencia Hotel Group standards and regulations
  • Assist in supervision and performance of front office operations and personnel

Qualifications and Benefits

To be successful as a Front Desk Supervisor, you will need:

  • Hotel operations or customer service experience
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
