Night Front Desk Supervisor

Location: Downtown San Antonio
The Omni La Mansion del Rio is a luxurious hotel nestled along the historic Riverwalk in downtown San Antonio. As a Night Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk and audit functions, ensuring all financial transactions are verified and balanced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni's Moments of Service and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Be actively engaged with guests, identifying their needs and meeting them to exceed expectations.
- Balance daily posting and revenue, and resolve inaccuracies.
- Fully knowledgeable in all emergency procedures.
- Distribute nightly reports.
- Efficiently process guaranteed no-show billings.
- Handle Express Check-outs.
- Train and supervise Night Desk Clerks and 3rd shift Front Office staff.
- Ensure adherence to all systems and control procedures.
- Conduct property walk and complete overnight MOD report in absence of MOD.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous hotel experience highly preferred.
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time.
- Ability to think clearly, quickly, and make concise decisions.
- Ability to assist the Overnight Manager in holding the team accountable for their assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong computer skills (Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, Microsoft Office).
